    Re arrears policies and procedures
    • are planning further follow-up work with the 20 riskiest lenders between now and
    the end of the first quarter in 2010.
    The second phase of the thematic review ran from January to June 2009 and concentrated
    on specialist lending firms and third party administrators. As noted above, this resulted in
    a five firms being referred to enforcement.
