The Tribunal has published its decision in relation to our investigation into Mr Markos Markou. The FCA believes that the decision is incorrect and irrational. We will be seeking permission to appeal the decision.
Background
In 2021 the FCA published this Decision Notice in respect of Markos Markou, Director and Chief Executive of a mortgage broker firm, Financial Solutions (Euro) Limited (FSE).
Mr Markou referred this matter to the Upper Tribunal.
