At this point, by reading the following, the customer understands and agrees with the terms and conditions below.

Our work method:
When needed, we may OPTIMISE customer information given on the form to find the best price and policy.
Also to work on your quote, we require you to send us a screenshot of your current price search.
We only use legal methods and market proven strategies to optimise your information. Our service is 100% safe and reliable.

Our Fees:
Our fee is NON REFUNDABLE at any situation.
We charge you a fee based on the amount saved on our premium. For example if we could save you £500 a year( compared to your market price), we may charge you £200 as our fee, so you still save £300 a year.
Your Quotation is done FREE of charge.

Each customer has individual buying process. we explain it over phone consultation

FAQ:
Can I know the optimised information before paying the Fees?
No, you can not. Our business is based on selling information. So by reading the above the customer acknowledges that we may optimise his information and Customer only gets to know the full extent of changes/optimisations(if applicable) after the fee has been paid. Our service is very safe, professional and reliable.

What if I get cheaper price elsewhere after I have paid FastCamel fee?
We do NOT refund our fees if you have found a cheaper price elsewhere. The reasons are as follows:
It is understood that the customer was happy with our price at that given moment and agreed to proceed forward by paying our fees to obtain policy information, so there is no reason to refund.
Insurance price can vary every day for the same person, so we do not take the responsibility of customer shopping independently again after we have released our information.

Can I request for a new Quote with the same information since I have found cheaper price elsewhere after some days?
Yes, you can but we will charge you a new fee as we take it as a new quote.

Can I add/remove information on a given Quote to try a better price?
If you want to add/remove information to an existing Quote by FastCamel, we will do ONE time FREE of cost to re evaluate an existing Quote. After that, there is an admin fee of £20
