Don't be dis-heartened by Doc's performance as I would just mention that one of the most 'bumbling' lawyers ever was Clarence Seward Darrow & not forgetting Abe Lincoln.

Whilst reading EXC's report and the rest of this thread I went through a rollercoaster of emotions, alot of nodding my head in agreement to shaking it with disappointment. Doctor may be rather disorganized with his method of delivery but his argument is steady and strong. He is a man who has a hell of ALOT of people relying on him to put a stop to the banks' overpriced charges. That is one heavy weight to carry and enough to ruffle even the hardest of feathers. I wouldn't like to be in his shoes.
I certainly hope that he gets enough rest of an evening....the pressure must be immense!
