    Following an OFT investigation and prosecution, three individuals have today been sentenced at Wolverhampton Crown Court for fraudulent property sales generating over £133,000 in illicit profit.

    Wait for the calls to clamp down on estate agents. Should have been done years ago, but no politician has had the balls to introduce a Bill that has teeth.

      The Estate Agents Act 1979 (link) should either be revised, or repealed; as it stands, the severest penalty is that of an order banning someone from being an estate agent.

              Not really - an OND in Swindling is usually sufficient.
