What happens to the customers of this debt management company?

Has the OFT sharpened it's teeth at last?

If this had been a DCA that had its license revoked for threatening behaviour I would have said yes.

However as its a DMC then no I'd say not. Would be interesting to know who the DCA it was they threatened!

Why would that be interesting? I am completely not getting your point.

It would be interesting to see if it is one of the same DCA's who regularly flout OFT guidelines and make threats themselves.

They may not be physical threats (and I am not condoning the DMC's behavior), but they are designed to intimidate and cause distress.

So interesting to see if pot called a kettle black.

            Now I follow your thinking.

I have a friend (hard to believe but true) who might be able to answer the question of who, I'll ask her later.
