  • OFT/Bank CMC 12th October

Just reading Temptys Cobbets submission to court and in it they mention a CMC between Banks and OFT on 12th Oct.

I assume this was changed ?

How come the OFT havent yet published defences/counterclaims ?

Any ideas peeps ? (I know I'm probably wayy behind on all this sorry)

The OFT are very keen to publish the defence but their legal dept are busy
''removing comercialy sensitive information'' from it before they do. Iv'e made arrangements to get them from the court and will post them when I do.

      Fabulous EXC. Thankyou.

And cheers for clearing up the CMC part too.

The POC was changed following the defence submission?
