    I knew I shouldn't have asked.

    Hi Nick,

In relation to the PCA Market Study, we are still engaging with banks to develop remedies which we hope will address our concerns. A report on final outcomes will be published shortly after the conclusion of this exercise.

    Regards,
    Kate

This was published in April 2007:

''The OFT currently intends to publish the findings of the study by the end of the year''

If you don't ask, how will you know anything? Better to at least hear something than walk around deaf and blind.

Yes you'd be welcome. Go through the main entrance to the back of the hall and it's the block on the left past the courtyard.

If people register to Twitter the first announcement will come through on there, although within 5 minutes of that it will be posted on the forum in the Twitter forum RSS Feed - Twitter / LegalBeagles

Within a couple hours the full judgement should be up on judiciary.gov.uk so keep an eye there, and those attending will get the info back as quickly as possible.

Looks as though there will be about 7 Beagles attending on Thursday, hope they have enough chairs

I believe that another reclaiming website, just over the road, are planning to use a similar system to notify their members of the result.

They plan to use the French based TWIT service.
