The number of products on offer versus the number of upheld complaints (for products sold) isn't the ideal formula to use and is pretty meaningless really.

and its only upheld complaints through FOS, how about number of complaints using FSA figures as they go on to become FOS / court etc ) vs per 100,000 products sold....should be able to work that out now actually. Bet that doesn't look as pretty. Actually will be about 25 times the figures they have put as only 4% of complaints go to the fos. So 165 complaints per 100,000 products for Barclays? or have I worked that out completely wrong?

It's an interesting approach. I commonly see unexceptional views on the subject but yours it's written in a pretty unusual fashion. Surely, I will revisit your website for additional info. :tinysmile_grin_t:
