- In March 2009 we issued a policy statement setting out our board's decision – following public consultation – to publish the number and outcome of complaints about named individual financial businesses.
We aim to publish this complaints data for the first time in September 2009 – covering the period from 1 January to 30 June 2009. - We have published a set of notes for financial businesses – on the practicalities involved in our publishing business-specific complaints data.
