The CMA is inviting representations from interested third parties on commitments offered by Gridserve Holdings Limited, MOTO Holdings Limited, Roadchef Limited and Extra MSA Property (UK) Limited, (the Parties) to address the CMA’s competition concerns in the context of an investigation under the Competition Act 1998.
