    Re: Kellys Vegies Court Claim

We'll get somewhere if you and your followers stop believing all the rubbish people say on your forum. I have never screamed over the phone because someone doesn't like my produce..nor have I spoken to this person prior to querying his dispute.
Stop accusing me of things I haven't done and moderate your forum.

I give up, you're not answering the questions just biting at me, so we're not going to get anywhere are we. I haven't accused you of anything.

When people receive a court claim from a company they will either pay it, ignore it or defend it. That is their right, and not everyone is intimidated by a court claim, so if you are going to issue claims you have to expect a certain percentage of people to seek out help dealing with it and defend. Many will just pay up rather than go through the prolonged hassle, but many others, if they do not feel the claim is justified, will let a court decide.

        Re: Kellys Vegies Court Claim

Firstly I'd like to reiterate that I had called to complain about my veg box, a voicemail was left by me and a call was received back the same day to state that I was lying, I was shouted at and sworn at and was told that there was nothing wrong with what I received, it was uneatable in my views and so it went in the bin since Mr Wheeler didn't want to collect it and I didn't want it in my flat, so perhaps I should then charge a wasteage fee since I had to waste it. I was refused a replacement of refund so I decided that I should do the next best thing and claw it back via my bank, and I was very honest with my bank when I did this, I informed them that the goods were 'not fit for purpose' and as far as the £20 subscription fee is concerned, I told them that I was not a subscriber and therefore should not be charged, my bank stated that they are not unfamiliar with the company and will do its best to resolve the issue, I then asked them to ensure that no further funds should be passed from my account to this company as I don't subscribe and no longer use the service, my bank honoured this request for me.

Secondly, the abuse that was hurled at me was so vulgar that my partner had to take my 4 year old out of the room as she understands the difference between a conversation and abuse. I did indeed say to "call the police and take me to court" because I had had enough of the insults and abuse, there was no calm, no customer service skills, and no people skills.

Thirdly, after the abusive telephone conversation, about 4-5 hours later, I received a text message from Kellys Veg stating that my order was on its way and that I should leave my crate outside, I don't have a crate as it was collected several weeks beforehand, the week following the disputed veg box, therefore I was to assume our business had been concluded and finished with, I was a little shocked when I received a phone call about it all 6 or 7 weeks later.

          What a pack of [EDITED]

You have never called me or complained about anything. No message has ever been left. You clearly have issues and love to spread nonsense around. It is not legal help you need.
Why don't you confirm the date of this made up telephone call? Your phone bill will have this alleged information. I have only ever spoken to you once and that is when I asked why you disputed your last payment given you received goods. Let's hear it. Then I will post on here the log of exactly what sms and emails you received from the website.

To be fair it's not just Beagles where people are talking 'rubbish. You're forgetting Trust Pilot, Yelp, Carotcat, Facebook, Google Reviews, Mumsnet, Mail on Sunday and Advertising Standards Authority.

I only hope that when the claims you've issued get to court you won't accuse the judge of talking rubbish.

You're right, there is a lot of rubbish on other sites. Funny enough, if you had done your research before posting, it is the same disgruntled customers (though half of the negative google reviews are fake and not from customers) who have posted on various sites.
In the last three years, over 84,000 boxes delivered and a dozen trouble makers. You do the maths mr bad attitude. If it makes you feel any better, out of the 9 claims that went to court last year, 8 of them were successful so spare your "rubbish". Seemingly judges are well aware of people's attempt to ignore their liabilities and don't take the word "hidden terms" as an excuse.

Anybody else wants to have a go at me on this beautiful site??

I'm well aware, thanks. It's what you call bullying and this is what this site has to offer.

I sympathise with you in some respects, running a small business is bloody hard, I've been there myself - and yes worldpay can be a pain in the bum. It is just the customer service you need to work on. You have moved your website presumably for a fresh start and we've respected that. But if people have complaints. genuine complaint, then we will always try and help where we can.
You keep accusing me of bad customer service. Why don't you verify the facts before making such such accusations

                        Re: Kellys Vegies Court Claim

Mr Thompson, you claim having rang me after receiving your second box to complain about it only to be sworn at by myself.
Please advise from which number you rang from (I assume the registered mobile ending 247). You see, the beauty of having a freephone number, my service provider details in my bill the list of callers each month. Having a freephone number, it works the other way round. I get billed when a customer calls me so I get a detailed bill each month of each person who uses the freephone number. I will use this in court to reject your ludicrous accusation. Have emailed you requesting this information too.
Just tell me when you rang and from what number and we'll see if your story still stands. Simple
And for the record, if you think you can catch me out, no "withheld number" calls were received last December

How many of those 8 weren't defended, never went to court and were default judgments? All of them I reckon.

Sorry another quick question Mr Thompson,

Myself and the audience here would like to know:
If you claim to not have been happy with the produce after the second box received on 04th December, why is it you logged onto the site on 31/12/15 at 00:54am to manage your delivery dates (I can see on the web log that you skipped several dates including 08/01/16 and 05/02/16) and more importantly why you applied for a weekly credit account at the same time. Seems to be a strange thing to do if you're not happy with the service and i've been abusive towards you.
An explanation to both would be helpful

Gosh i'm tired of trying to defend myself on this site but I hate having people talk about me behind my back.

                                Kelly

Like others on here I have had Businesses online and a Pup where I had to deal with awkward customers making complaints never ever did I resort to the arguments you have after a complaint they were all settled without resorting to an online slanging match and endless rants .
We all know that the Customer expects to be always right fraid that's not the case and allowances have to be made.

You have the right to take someone to court for non payment as well as they have the right to defend what has got up the nose of many is these actions and fines for bad reviews they could have been addressed without fining people which you have no right to do.

I suspect that you now feel that LB and other forums are out to shut you down probably not but they are advising consumers of their rights. hopefully you can come through this with dignity and regain the business you no doubt will lose its not the Agenda of Amethyst and the site team to destroy you
