Did you read through the ACAS Grievance/Disciplinary code (above)?

Did your disciplinary deviate from that, & if so, how (serious deviation, like not informing you of the right to be accompanied, etc)

yes they did follow those steps but the area to question is- even though its a misconduct- i dont thinks its gross as no damage was done
