  • Problems Logging in

A few people lately have mentioned issues with logging in to the site. It's incredibly difficult to diagnose what the issue is but it appears to be related to firefox and cookies. I am working on fixing it, but IE and Chrome seem to be working fine for the moment.

Could anyone who does have issues let me know please.

Is it saying you have successfully logged in, but then not actually logging you in ?
Can you try clearing cookies, and refreshing the page a couple times ( CTRL F5 ) please.

Is it happening in other browsers ? ( Chrome and IE are fine for me at the moment, firefox is burgered )

If me I might be asking...

        - Did you let your previous session here time out, or did you actually log out?
        - Do you use the "remember me" option
        - Are you definitely on the latest Firefox version? 43.0.3 I think?
        - Do you have any antivirus/security/webshield software etc that may be interfering with setting forum cookies?

            Same

Starts to go through the log-in, then goes back to square one.

At this rate, it'll probably be 2017 before I can post. (Oi! who said "thank the Lord for that!") lol

Can you try clearing cookies for legalbeagles.info ( for firefox see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb...-a-single-site ) then refresh browser ( CTRL-F5 ) then try logging in.

                    Re: Problems Logging in

I always steer very very clear of anything like that which interferes with my browser/search. They often burger things up in unexpected ways.

                          Re: Problems Logging in

We've looked into this overnight and it seems an issue between the www domain and not the www domain.... so we've changed some settings and hopefully everything will work now.

Let me know if not ( do a cookie clear and a couple CTRL F5 refreshes first though )
