I was told via a phone call that I had to relocate my job 60 miles away, I had to refuse as I couldn't afford the travel each day, week, month etc. No solution was offered such as a travel loan etc. I was then told I could only stay in current office if I take a 10k pay cut. Again I couldn't do this and again was offered no compromise and told on the spot that I was no longer employed and I was to leave. I have been at the company 21 months and feel I have been bullied and harrased. Bizarrely I appointed an employment lawyer and have been told I don't have a case which I am appalled by. Does anyone else have any ideas on what else I can do. The lawyer was through my home insurance company and not sure how helpful they are compared to when you pay a sizeable amount to another company of lawyers for example. At my wits end and so stressed so any advice would be great.
