    I've been sent bill by HP company for repairs to vehicle I returned to auction about 6 weeks ago they are asking for over £500 in repairs I didnt sign anything when returned car to auction took photos before I returned vehicle which was in excellent condition, general wear and tear do I have to pay this bill.

      Challenge the bill. send copies of your photographs and deny all liability.

        I've had car for two half years was 13 plate so had been looked after there were scratches was wee bit rust on rear windscreen overall I would have said fair wear and tear I've had leased cars before this one and had more damage to them the finance was with northridge . Thanks

          I think the approach should be a Formal Complaint to Northridge which obliges them to fully investigate and respond within 56 days.
          Layout what in your belief was the condition of the car when it was returned and compare it to what they claim was wrong.
