Hello. Am wondering if I can claim hardmanship . I have been charged for going overdrawn for years now and it's still going on to the sum of around £5000 . Am in trouble with money all the time which leaves me owing numerous amount of payday loans chasing me for the past 3 years. I have had 3 county court judgements against me ( which I have paid 2 off).credit card company's chasing me. Also have close to a 1000 red letters hidden away. With the arrival of a daughter , am trying to change my ways , get my charges back , pay the people I owe and start a new life.
EASY. I WISH!!!!!!!!

It would be useful if you could tell us a bit more about your debts, who are they with and what they are. Are you a home owner?

I somehow doubt reclaiming your overdraft charges will leave you enough money to pay of all your debts but there may be other ways to deal with them. :thumb:
