Second letter from RLP

Hi I have received the second letter from RLP asking if I want to discuss the reasons why I may have acted in that way .......
but it's not a garantee they will consider it .

please can any one help
i swapped price labels and made the item £20 cheaper I have never done this before..
i am going through stress and anxiety,,,

thank you in advance

i have emailed the letter to Katie
