Having terrible problems with Harvey's customer service regarding faulty goods. The email for "Steve" goes to a chap Karl who really needs to go to customer service training academy

First email the Group Retail Services Director Steve Campbell (steve@harveys-furnishing.co.uk) with details of your complaint.
Give him a fortnight in which to make the refund.
If that fails issue a "Letter before Action" and commence court proceedings.
