    Having terrible problems with Harvey's customer service regarding faulty goods. The email for "Steve" goes to a chap Karl who really needs to go to customer service training academy

    Hi and welcome.
    Unfortunately Harveys don't have the best of reputations, and you are discovering why.
    Could you give more details of your problem i.e. the faults and your correspondence with them?

      Hello it's rattan garden furniture that was meant to be rust free which it is not. The furniture is badly rusted. I contacted them in March as the furniture is a year old in September. Been told I will get a refund. Anytime I phone or email I am completely and utterly shocked at the customer service . They don't return emails and never do what they say.
      The "email Steve" just goes to customer care!!!!!

        First email the Group Retail Services Director Steve Campbell (steve@harveys-furnishing.co.uk) with details of your complaint.
        Give him a fortnight in which to make the refund.
        If that fails issue a "Letter before Action" and commence court proceedings.
