Business Banking, your opinions please.

We are trying to complile a list of experiences and ideas for improvements to the Business Banking Services offered. These will be put in front of the relevant people and hopefully will go towards improving things for everyone.

Please can you all post up your experiences with your business banking on this thread, obviously keeping it short and concise please.

Then underneath post up what improvements you think can be made.

Business Manager used to be local and we built up a good relationship with him.

Now......

A faceless pillock based in Birmingham who is increasingly difficult to contact.

What we'd like to see improved.

Back to local Business Manager who you can talk to face to face.

Oh come on surely I'm not the only one on the site with views on our Business Accounts.

How about smaller charges for Business banking ?
