  • Natwest not historic charges when in serious financial difficulties

There must be something that can be enforced about bank’s, in particular NatWest, taking people’s hard earned money for charges Incurred when they are in financial difficulties and debts spiralling out of control due to people’s income being eaten up by the charges.

They are not empathic to people’s circumstances and just want to line their own pockets.

Natwest have taken nearly £5000 from myself in charges when I was in serious financial difficulty and my mortgage provider was threatening court action. This cannot be acceptable.
