  • JC International Acquisition and Talk Talk

    Hi,

I got a service from Talktalk while I lived with my dad back in sometime in 2017, how ever a month after that I had to leave the place due to my own safety from my own father.

My dad then went ahead and got the talktalk service terminated this happened within a few weeks, so talktalk then proceeded to bill me for the entire contract, yet they decided to terminate the contract and let my dad take over the line.

I checked my credit file earlier on Today and found a CCJ from JC International Acquisition dated from October last year, so any way to defend myself would now be gone?

I think that because Talktalk terminated the service within contract that would void the contract, and I would not owe them anything close to what they sent the CCJ for.

And JC International Acquisition never tried to contact me to try and take payment for this debt, instead just went straight for a CCJ
