The article title itself suggests that we are nearer the compensation culture of the US which is to sue the company in courts, etc, etc, yet the article is about the Law Commission looking at the issues that the Unfair Trading regulations that came into force in May will have. The review seems to be in 2010. The rest of the article is a rehash on two other articles they have published already. That is quite poor and lazy journalism.
