    I wonder if the Curly Kale Kid (aka Kelly veg) has read this!
    I think the new laws are, on the whole, better. It was a bit of a joke before (Although Jeffrey Archer might not have laughed). As we have become a more litigious society and American companies famous for their legal reaction to any criticism (e.g. McDonalds) saturate the country we had to have some sort of reigning in.
    I also believe the current laws allow freedom of speech within the necessary restrictions of responsible journalism and publishing. I do however believe the names of those ACCUSED – by that I mean only ACCUSED of sexual crimes, especially paedophilia should not be made public until they are charged.
