    Hi All,
what happens if after the default notice the bank has then taken out a CCJ as well, does this become void, I assume it can't be cancelled only satisfied, or does it stand even if they have admitted an incorrect default notice

As a new member on the site, is there a precedent letter that the "average user" can send to their bank/building society lender to enquire whether they are eligible?

My personal experience is that Barlcayloan wrote to me "out of the blue" but so far everyone else has been silent . . .
