    Cases have been reported to us where a caller purporting to be from the British Bankers' Association, or a similarly named organisation, has attempted to persuade a member of the public to pay for services in connection with reclaiming bank charges.

    sometimes the calls are made using automated dialers which read out a pre-recorded message, I got a call from here

    and the voice notified me that my bank account is locked and I need to key in my numbers.. No idea why they txt UK numbers for a US bank though

      Thanks for posting this up, i live opposite a sheltered housing with some real vunerable old folks, so I will print this off and let the warden cirulate it.

      ATM we have a bloke driving round (MUST get his registration number) and saying we have lose tiles on the roof... he wanted to fix them now then bill The Bloke!! Do i SERIOUSLY look like I just fell off the banana boat?!? answer at your peril *bwaahahahaha*
      Real builders you have to call out!!
