Re: Bailiff industry changes proposed by Ministry of Justice

First of all i havent got much experienced with bailiffs and i am not as good with the laws and sections like some of our members in the forums but all i want is for bailiffs to STOP LYING cause no matter what law is in place if bailiffs can keep on lying than they can continue doing the same thing as before the new legislation would come in place. I just dont think that a bailiff should be able to lie and getaway that easily. If they are lying than they are breaking the law and should either lose there license if they they get caught or the debt is sent back to the company/council/court so they know that the bailiff they hired has lied and take some action against that company or cancel there contract.

      Hi
It doesn’t matter one jot that you know nothing about the laws, as long as you and everyone else complain and keep complaining just as you have here.
These kinds of injustices can only exist and thrive for as long as we let them, for as long as we quietly accept them.
