Consumers Forum (formally Penalty Charges) website over the road, have started a well thought out e-petition. They have not gone down the road of just screaming about bank charges, although they are mentioned, but additionally their e-petition calls for new consumer protection laws, and the re-introductiono f an APR Limit.
I hope as a consumer forum you would promote this, as it is in the consumer’s best interest
to do so.
