    Dorset Trading Standards prosected these under the consumer protection laws (quite right too:

    But, in general TS have failed to take enforcement action(s) against the Banks/DCA's!?

    Many have pressed TS to take enforcement action against the Banks/DCA's but they always appear reluctant when faced with prosecuting the giants in the financial industry...?

    On or around the same time, Lambeth & Caerphilly TS received in excess of 50 complaints about Link Financial Limited, but no enforcement action was taken?
