Office of Fair Trading admits it 'made mistakes' in collapsed British Airways price-fixing trial - Telegraph

You really couldn't make it up "they assumed that BA would cooperate" so didn't seek a warrant to secure the evidence/computers. This caused the later trial to be a abandoned when it was discovered the BA had not done as 'assumed'

The mind boggles
