    More nonsense from the jobsworths There has never been an injury caused by a falling memorial therefore there is no known risk which could lead to a successful claim ............... unless there was/is no reasonable inspection routine AND a memorial was found to be insecure & nothing done about it.

    For there to be a successful claim there HAS to be negligence by someone Protecting people from an obvious risk is one thing protecting people from a slight risk is not required. Contrary to popular belief the courts allow for the fact that some activities involve some risk & that is why claims involving kids falling in play grounds are being dismissed
