Another article casting aspersions on the validity of FSA

How many ex bankers have senior rolls (except Sir James Crosby) in this operation and as such how can they possibly not have a biased towards banks? Is it an institution ran by bankers on behalf of bankers or a truly independent body which can not be swayed?
We’ve got OFT they’ve got BBA. There’s Bank of England and FOS. Is FSA really needed for non commercial banking regulation?
