  • M.Ps Expenses.

I am sick to the teeth of reading about the gross abuse of expenses claims by M.Ps. Second home allowance, travel allowance, food allowance, London allowance and even porn allowance. Holidays at our expense to faw away countries to see why Britian has a binge drinking culture. Why are they still getting away with all of this fraud? If it was any of us commoners, we would have been taken to court and thrown into prison.
I always thought that Britain was supposed to be a Democracy and not a Capitalist Autocracy. What can we do to overthrow this government or to get the rules changed? M.Ps are employed by us, voted in by us, to do a job that is beneficial to our society and not just to their own benefit. Check out what your own M.P is claiming and and see how it makes you feel. I felt quite sick that my own M.P was managing to live on only £300,000 pa for her six visits to the Commons and three to her constituency. On top of that she has three advisory posts with big companies which rake in another £450,000.
I will be sending my letter of disgust and asking for her to justify these massive claims for expenses and if you feel the same please write to your own M.P, things need to change.

The problem is there are to few voters left who took part in a war to ensure our freedoms otherwise unlike most of todays voters who are positively supine there would be protests both about the MP abuses AND the removal of our freedoms for which they fought

I was watching Jaquie Smith earlier trying to talk her way out of this mess, that woman couldn't lie straight in bed.
What really made me laugh was her saying that she wasn't claiming as much this year, of course she isn't, the gravy train has now left the station.
