Hi guys,
I want to bring to your attention the plight of multiple consumer reviewer's who left a negative review in respect to their cosmetic surgery by a clinic. These defendant's are regular working class people facing bankruptcy after refusing to remove their review's which reflected their honest opinion. It is my view that this case will set a dangerous precedent for other businesses to act the same if this clinic is successful.
Disturbingly one person in particular is suffering functional problem's with their eyes as a consequence of the surgery. Whilst having to simultaneously defend themselves from a complex and expensive libel case.
