I strongly suspect that those investors will find little sympathy with the SEC & as a result are going to find themselves having to repay money by way of their ill gotten gains rather than there ever being any chance of their recovering funds.
I further suspect the authorities will concentrate on trying to reimburse the pension funds etc who have got caught up in this swindle through no fault of their own rather than those who can only have thought he was at the very least insider dealing
