    2 Questions really:
    1) I am aware of his Oliver Foster Burnell and Lloyds TSB Bank Plc August 2014. Does the Limitation Act apply to unfair bank charges? ie are claims restricted to within 6 years?. Missold PPI claims , for eg, are not so restricted.
    2) Does anyone know where Tom Brennan (the barrister in the above case) is practising currently or any contact detail. For some reason Google only shows the 2007 case ruled against his client, but nothing about the Foster Burnell case or where he is practising now. I wonder why? (takes conspiracy theorist hat off).

    Anyone?

I have a rather large bank charges claim against Lloyds which I have not yet presented but am at the "arguing" stage with the bank. They are restricting to last 6 years but is that correct? Can I go back further (ie back to 1991). I understand Kate Briscoe from this site was instrumental in the win in the Oliver Foster Burnell case.
