What a load of rubbish. A smart suit and trainers wouldn't look right at all.

Children have to wear uniforms to school, so I cannot see the problem here frankly. If you spend most of the day behind a desk then fair enough, but then again, you wouldn't be on your feet so it wouldn't matter what you wore.

Whatever next? Hoodies for bank workers lest they feel singled out.
