Hi,
If someone dies intestate what eligibility checks would a solicitor perform on the beneficiaries? The beneficiary details have been provided by the family to the solicitor.
Might they only review passport and address information or are birth certificates, adoption records, etc. etc. routinely checked to ensure that the beneficiaries have a claim?
Thanks
