  • Caveat warning

    I entered a caveat on my fathers will due to him being coerced I have nowreceivd a warning to enter an appearance i cant seemto be able to find this online can anyone point me in right direction please

    Anybody able help me I can’t get solicitor app until after Xmas and there’s no facility to be able to speak to Leeds probate have emailed them 3 times to see if I can get a form to enter an appearance but no response I’m running out of time the thought that he may get away with this and leave the other 4 of us with no recourse is horrific

      Hopefully someone more learned will come along to assist but in the meantime, this may or may not be of help. A quick search of the ‘net suggests it’s Form 5 in Schedule 1 of the Non Contentious Probate Rules 1987 you’re after, which can be seen at the end of this document

      and then you could use Word or similar to construct your own form.
