  • Distributing Estate (Money)

I would appreciate some advice on wording. There are four executors - the solicitors appointed to administer the (intestate) estate should distribute to the beneficiaries (executors).

I want to avoid having any of the siblings (myself included) with the responsibility/power and avoid any abuse. At least one wants to be the one to dole out the cash and decide sale of house.

If 3 executors made a decision to appoint a solicitor to administer the estate, then the fourth executor that objected can be overruled.
If the terms of the solicitor's appointment was full administrator's duties, then it is the solicitor's responsibility to calculate and pass on inheritance to the beneficiaries

      Thank you

I think the point about full administrator's duties is key. Yes they are providing full admin service including calculating and passing on. I want to get my ducks in a row in advance of any anticipatied power grab. Thanks again.
