  • Larke Nugus request

Hi all, I have asked this question in a roundabout way before, but I now have more information so I can be more specific.
in a nutshell, three wills were written over a five year period, the second two wills with minor adjustments, but the first of the three wills was the one with the major change of disinheriting my wife (by her mother). We are guessing under the influence of my wife’s brothers, but that is another issue.
we have managed to get the Will files of the two latest wills with the minor adjustments, but the solicitor is not responding to our request of whether he has the attendance notes/ will file of the first of the three wills where the major change occurred, or wether there was any original will prior to all this.
My question is, am I able to Larke Nugus request the will file of the initial (first ) willor am I only able to Larke Nugus request the latest will?
My thinking is the first will file should give all the reasons for disinheriting my wife, and it would also mention any will prior to this.
I would appreciate any thoughts or guidance on this.
    Thank you.
