Hi all , I am looking for a bit of guidance on following;
we are in the process of disputing late mother in laws will, there was an original one that stood for 25 yrs , then it was changed to disinherit her daughter when she was 85 and then a further change for something else when she was 90 yrs old. We have put a caveat on to stop probate while we try to get to the bottom of this, with my wife’s brothers (the beneficiaries) giving us no information.
my question is, which Will do we Larke Nugus, or do we Larke Nugus the two latest wills without my wife in? Do we challenge the two latest ones or should we be targeting just one? Any advise on strategy going forward would be appreciated.
