Sensitive claim on estate: non-disclosure

Professional Executors have received new allegations about validity of Will. But due to sensitive nature they say they cannot disclose details of claim, as yet. They are carrying out investigations which involve proving of Will

Question here is, can the Executors keep the details of any claims on or against the estate a secret? They've share all other claims they say they know of to beneficiaries.


I've made this separate thread because of the specific nature of the matter about sensitive v secretive!
