      The person in question is checked by a GP if someone Raises a Concern with the OPG.

        Donor checked whilst alive by OPG?

        Or if deceased similar to Medical Expert report? OPG would spend that money obtaining one?

          Yes he was alive. From the OPG:
          'We commissioned a medical professional to assess whether Mr XXX would have had the mental capacity to create an LPA. The investigator made the visitor aware of Mr XXX's hearing and sight difficulties.'
