I have just received the draft of my will. The final point in the will states:
I did not request this and do not want a solicitor to be automatically appointed at my death. I gave the names of my chosen beneficaries and executors and all I asked for was a will to be drawn up. I would rather leave it up to my executors to decide if they want to appoint one. Is this just the solicitor trying to get more work? Can I ask for it to be removed?
P.S. I know a similar question has been asked before, but that one had different wording in the will.
I WISH the firm of ***** & ***** of ******* Street ******* to be employed in connection with my estate and if at my death the firm no longer exists I wish the firm which carries on its practice to be so employed
P.S. I know a similar question has been asked before, but that one had different wording in the will.
