    So If I have this right , he has basically not signed over the house to you ? But you are living there ? Check the deeds /land register to make sure he has not transferred it into his name . Have you received a copy of grant of probate ? It is my understanding that any claim has to be made within six months if you want anything more than set out in the will .
    Seems to me that there should be a better coarse of redress rather than relying on the Executor to act honorably . If you only have a verbal agreement and he won,t do as you agreed , I think your going to have go to court and claim half of everything. The trouble being he my have spent most of the money . I hope you can get it sorted .
