This is a bit vague but I wondered if anyone would be able to advise what document beneficiaries would have signed in this situation.
The person who’s Will it is about was still alive at the time but in a care home. 2 of 3 beneficiaries signed something and sent it back to the 3rd beneficiary/ executor as requested by them. This person also had LPA.
We know a property was sold and likely some of the proceeds funded the care home.
Neither beneficiary recall what they signed.
Could it have been anything to change who receives what?
Or is it likely it was to do with the care home?
