    Hi .
    my partner passed away September 2022 .
    his children are contesting his will they put a Caveat on in 2022 then extend to Feb 2024.
    he disinherited them as he didn't have contact with them for past 7 yrs .ther choice.
    can i have this removed.

    If you are the executor or main beneficiary you can complete Form 4 Warning to Caveator and send it to Probate
    When the caveator receives this warning notice they will have 8 days to respond by making an Appearance.
    If they make an appearance the caveat may be sealed and can only be removed by consent of both parties or by court order.
    Disputing parties should try to reach an agreement before using the court to resolve the argument will probably result in significant legal costs
