  • Left out of will

My mother in law passed away the 31st October 2023. She made her youngest son and my husband who was her eldest son executors of her will. Sadly my husband passed away in 2020, which just left her youngest son executor. She told me on numerous occasions, that I will receive something from her will. I've now been told that it's only existing sons and granchildren. I did a lot for my mother in law eg: taking her to all her hospital appointments, all her doctors appointments, to her optician appointments. I used to order all her medication, and sort it out if she was anything short. I used to take her shopping up if she needed it. I did all this whilst being my husbands full time carer/ None of the family did anything like this for her. She had 4 sons. It seems unfair to me that I don't get anything. Especially as she kept promising me I would, and after telling the youngest son to make sure I get something. There's only one person in the family that even bothers speaking to me. I was so close to my mother in law, she'd be turning in her grave now at her son

I have replied to your recent very similar post.

But to be clear, your posts show no basis on which you can bring a claim to receive something from your late mother in law's estate.
