  • Probate issues

As from a previous posts out Executor is elusive and what information he provides is confusing and conflicting.
to date he has told us that: probate contacted him and told him that they had lost the will but had now found it.
That they now want a PA14 as the other Executor is incapable.
That probate are returning the will for a spelling mistake to be rectified by the solicitors who drew up the original will.
That Probate will be making a decision in 2 to 3
    weeks?
why would probate announce a decision to be made in 3 weeks only to THEN inform the Executor in a later communication of a spelling mistake?

Please google "redkite solicitors executor disputes" and read the article.
The article covers the duties of an executor. It also provides information on the court action the beneficiaries can take if the executor is acting incompetently.
The beneficiaries will need to provide evidence if their claim to remove the executor is to succeed.
